When Waves was refurbished, we made a commitment: to create a business that is as environmentally friendly as possible. Today, you’ll find no single-use plastics in our café. Our bags are made of recyclable paper, takeaway packaging is biodegradable (even the stickers!), and our staff proudly wear t-shirts made from recycled bottles.

We’ve also said goodbye to plastic straws at Waves, it’s paper or metal only. For takeaway drinks, we encourage customers to bring their own reusable mugs, or you can purchase one from us. Every reusable water bottle and mug sold at Waves helps support The Final Straw Foundation, a charity close to our hearts that works tirelessly to improve the health of our oceans.
